Shipping Policy
All ready-to-ship items are typically shipped next business day. However, during new product launches and the holiday season, all orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of order via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the post office. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, we are more than happy to help you file a claim with the post office.

Local Order Pick Up
We currently offer local order pick up at two locations: Wadsworth and Medina. If you would like to pick up your order at one of our partner retail locations or at an in-person market/event, please email lkalamets@gmail.com to arrange pick up details.
Returns & Refunds

For hygienic reasons, all earring purchases are final sale, and are not returnable. If your earrings arrive damaged or break within one week of purchase, we will replace them (depending on the style of earrings) or issue you a refund for the price of the earrings.
