Hi! My name is Laura and I am the owner & maker of Serene Design Co. I am engaged to the most amazing man, and we have two boys - we are just a family of Disney-obsessed, fun-loving goofballs! We currently live in Wadsworth, OH (which has the absolute cutest downtown area), but I am originally from Norton, OH.

I started this little creative venture in April 2020 after being laid off from my HR job due to the pandemic. I did end up being invited back, but I knew then that I was destined for something else! I began as a resin artist and tumbler maker, but unfortunately I developed a severe allergy to resin. Toward the end of my tumbler journey, I started working with polymer clay to make 3D tumblers. So when I could no longer work with resin, it was a seamless transition to working strictly with polymer clay!
